  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond meal)
  • 2 tbsp walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions
  1. Slice bananas in half lengthways.
  2. Puree or mash mixed berries.
  3. Place oats and LSA in each serving dish.
  4. Place two banana halves on top of oats and LSA.
  5. Top with yoghurt and walnuts.
  6. Drizzle over berry puree to serve.
