These delicious cookies will have the whole family wanting more! If 45 cookies is too much for you, you could halve the recipe or storage half of the prepared cookie dough in the freezer for another time.

- 1 cup butter (250g)
- 1 cup biscoff spread (200g)
- 1 cup coconut sugar (190g)
- 1 cup Rapadura Sugar available from Health Stores (240g)
- 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour (100g)
- 2 eggs (100g)
- 1 tbs golden syrup (20g)
- 2 tsp vanilla essence (10mls)
- 4 cup plain wholemeal flour (480g)
- 2 tsp baking powder (5g)
- 0.5 grams salt
- 2 tsp ginger (8g)
- 2 tsp cinnamon (2g)
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg (1g)
- 3 tbs Dark chocolate baking chips (30g)

- Preheat oven to 160C and line a baking tray with baking paper
- Combine all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a large bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon
- Flour a clean work surface and roll out the dough to around 1cm thick and cut out shapes
- Place your cut pieces of dough on the prepared baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes or until your cookies are golden.
- While your cookies are still warm, decorate with the chocolate chips, then allow to completely cool.
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
