  • 1/2cup rolled oats (50 grams)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (50 grams)
  • 1 cup medjool dates, fresh (180 grams)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into 6 balls and place in the freezer until firm.
  3. One ball is one serve. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 2 months.
