Ingredients
  • 1scoop Healthy Mummy SmoothieCaramel flavour
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 2tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 1teaspoon light cream cheese
  • 1teaspoon almond butter
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • Coco2 spreadoptional, to decorate
  • crushed peanutsoptional, to decorate
Instructions
  1. Blend the first seven ingredients together in a high speed blender for 2-3 minutes.
  2. As an optional garnish, coat rim of glass in Coco2 spread, then dip in crushed peanuts.
  3. Pour in the smoothie, and top with a little more cinnamon.
