Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour
- 400 g pork sizzle steaks
- 100 g green beans sliced
- 300 g sweet potato peeled and diced
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Place sweet potato into boiling pot of water, boil until soft and tender.
- While sweet potato is cooking in small container whisk egg, milk and crushed garlic.
- Place flour in separate bowl and bread crumbs and mixed herbs in another.
- Crumb pork steaks, coating first in flour, then egg wash, followed by bread crumbs.
- Heat olive oil in large fry pan in cook crumbed pork schnitzels in pan on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- Steam green beans and drain and mash sweet potato seasoning with salt and pepper.
