  • 1serve Vanilla Premium Smoothie Mix30 g
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2tsp ground ginger
  • 4tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1cup skim milk or reduced fat milk of choice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  3. You can garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
