- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2.5 tbsp coconut oil
- 2.5 tbsp rice malt syrup/ or honey
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
Ingredients

- Blitz the strawberries in a food processor and set aside.
- Over low heat, combine peanut butter and coconut oil.
- Stir in the rice malt syrup and strawberries, and mix well to combine.
- Pour mixture into 5 mini silicone moulds and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
